The Experiential spaceholder Apprenticeship
An experiential apprenticeship for facilitators ready to move beyond technique and into the art of embodied space holding, nervous system attunement, intuition, and real-time guided practice.
This mentorship was created from the understanding that facilitation is not something fully learned through theory alone.
It is learned through being with people.
With emotion.
With uncertainty.
With the nervous system.
Through receiving, practicing, witnessing, reflecting, and being supported in real time.
While breathwork is the primary modality explored throughout this mentorship, the deeper focus is the art of facilitation itself.
LEARNING HOW TO
• hold people with presence and attunement
• trust intuition while guiding
• stay grounded when emotion arises
• pace sessions through the nervous system
• guide without over-performing or over-directing
• develop an authentic facilitation style and voice
The breath becomes both the modality and the teacher.
Over the years, I have witnessed many people complete trainings and still not feel ready to actually guide others.
Because the missing piece is not more information.
It is supported practice.
Anyone can learn how to cue a breath or guide movement, but facilitation is so much more than technique.
It is embodiment.
Confidence.
Presence.
Compassion.
Leadership.
Repetition.
Ritual.
Learning how to stay with another human being without needing to fix them.
This mentorship was created to help bridge that gap.

the structure includes

• being witnessed while facilitating

The mentorship also explores what may be internally getting in the way as a facilitator:
• perfectionism
