BODY-LED WOMEN’S RETREAT

a space to return to you

If you've been spending a lot of time in your mind...

thinking, processing, trying to find clarity but still feeling stuck,

this is an offering for you.

This retreat pulls on all my favorite methods to slow down and come back into your body.

To spend a morning with yourself and other women doing the same.

A close-up of two women embracing, showing their hands on each other's backs and sides, with one wearing a pink top and the other a white top.

together we return to the feeling body.

One of the greatest sources of suffering is believing we are alone in what we carry.

The self doubt. The grief. The fear. The uncertainty. The longing.

Yet when women gather in an honest way, something softens.

We remember our struggles are not personal failures.

They are part of being human.

One woman laughs and others soften beside her.

One heart opens and others feel safe enough to open too.

The nervous system settles.

The body remembers it is not alone.

The Healing Power of Common Humanity

A woman doing yoga on a beige mat, bent forward in a forward bend pose, with her hands on the floor and her head near her knees. She has long curly blonde hair and is wearing a pink sports bra and a white robe or cover-up.
Four women standing barefoot with their backs or sides to a mirror, in a cozy, well-lit room with wooden floors and a rustic cabinet in the background.

Everything is rooted in The Body-Led approach.

Healing doesn't happen because we finally figure ourselves out.

Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Three women sitting on a rug, holding notebooks, and writing in them, engaged in a conversation.

Together we weave:

• Restorative yin

• Nervous system regulation

• Parts inquiry

• Somatic breathwork

• Sound bath

• Journaling and reflection

• Nourishing organic meal

THE EXPERIENCE

Women sitting on a bed in a cozy room, engaging in conversation, with a woman partially visible in the foreground wearing a white outfit.

A calmer nervous system.

More self compassion.

Greater clarity.

A deeper connection to themselves.

A sense of belonging.

And the feeling that they no longer have to carry everything alone.

What Women Leave With

A woman with long blonde hair wearing a pink sleeveless top and cream skirt standing in a room near a mirror, with another woman with curly blonde hair in a gray dress in the background, and a bed and buckets visible on the floor.
  • What touched me most was the experience of being witnessed by a circle of women. As someone who has spent many years healing from CPTSD, there was something incredibly powerful about being seen, held, supported, and understood without judgment.

  • "Through the breathwork, tears, and the safety she created, something profound shifted. What began as a day of uncertainty became a day of profound clarity and inspiration."

  • "Madeleine has a rare gift for creating a space where you feel completely safe to surrender, release what no longer serves you, and receive exactly what you need."

  • "The active breath always unlocks emotional blockages, allowing me to move through life in a more regulated and conscious state. After the Clarity retreat, I left with less confusion, less tension, and a deeper understanding of what I need in this chapter of my life."

  • "As a woman who runs a business, maintains meaningful relationships, and serves clients in an intuitive way, I've found Madeleine's retreats to be important maintenance for me. The breathwork helps me release what I've been carrying and return to myself."

  • "The setting was beautiful, the lunch was nourishing, and the women I met there were gorgeous souls. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. I'll keep returning to Madeleine. She is a true alchemist."
