Seasonal Women’s Circles

For the past five years, I have been holding seasonal women's circles rooted in nervous system healing, somatic practice, breathwork, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed inquiry.

This work grew from my own healing journey. While living in Cambridge, I spent four years in a weekly women's circle led by my therapist. Being witnessed alongside women of different ages and life experiences transformed my understanding of self-compassion, shared humanity, and the healing that becomes possible in safe community.

Later, during a breathwork journey, I received a vision of creating circles where women could come together to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather this way. One woman softens and another follows. One heart opens and suddenly others feel safe enough to open too. The body remembers it is not alone.

The second woman in the background has long brunette hair and a white t-shirt, and the third woman has wavy brown hair and a beige top with a turquoise necklace.

Many women arrive carrying so much. Caring for others. Staying strong. Pushing through. These circles become a place to set some of that down.
