Through years of study, mentorship, training, personal practice, and hands-on experience supporting individuals and groups, I came to believe that the body holds a deep intelligence and capacity for healing when given the conditions of safety, presence, and support.
Again and again, I found that insight alone wasn't enough. Many of the patterns we carry are not held only in the mind. They live in the body, the nervous system, and the protective strategies that once helped us survive.
This understanding became the foundation of The Body-Led Method.
Rooted in mindfulness science, somatic training, Internal Family Systems-informed inquiry, breathwork, and years of guiding individuals and groups through deep nervous system work, The Body-Led Method was born from both my own healing journey and the countless people I have had the privilege of supporting along the way.

Training & Background
The Body-Led Approach
Talk therapy can only take us so far. While insight can be valuable, many of the patterns we carry live beyond conscious awareness, held within the body and nervous system.
When the body feels safe enough, something begins to shift.
The body softens.
The nervous system settles.
What has been held begins to move.
A deep sense of presence returns.
